For private banks, wealth managers and IFA firms with several advisers, priced for your team rather than per seat.

  • Seats for everyone who needs them
  • Areas shared out across your team
  • Reports for your compliance team
  • Events into your CRM, if you want them there
  • A four-week pilot before you commit

How a team pilot works

Four weeks of events for your team, set up for you, before you commit.

  1. We check your firm

That your firm is on the FCA register, and who in your team will use ExitSignals.

  2. We agree your areas

The regions and sectors each adviser covers, and any companies to leave out.

  3. Your compliance team looks first

We show them the controls: who can see what, the record of views and how objections work.

  4. Four weeks of events

Each adviser gets their own events every Monday, and notes what they did with them.

  5. We review it together

We go through what was useful with you, and you decide whether to carry on.

Who does what

We

  • find sale and liquidity events in public filings, and show how sure we are of each
  • show bands for stakes and company size, never a figure for anyone’s wealth
  • name the professionals in the filings who could make an introduction
  • remove anyone who objects, the same day, and keep a record of every event viewed

You

  • choose your areas, and decide whether and how to get in touch
  • follow data protection law, the marketing rules and the FCA’s rules when you do
  • honour any objection made to you at once, and tell us about it
  • keep events confidential within your firm

ExitSignals never supplies personal phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses, and never shows a figure for anyone’s personal wealth.

Questions about pricing

How is a seat billed?

Yearly, at £4,500 a seat, which works out at £375 a month. Pilots and team licences are agreed with you.

Do prices include VAT?

No. The prices on this page exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

Who can buy ExitSignals?

Firms authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, such as wealth managers, private banks and IFA firms. We check every firm on the FCA register before we send a sample or set up seats.

Can two people share a seat?

No. Each seat is for one named person, because we keep a record of who viewed each event. A team licence covers as many people as you need.

How many events will we see?

It depends on your area. Before you pay anything, we count the events it got last month, and your free sample shows you the detail behind each one.

Can you guarantee results?

No. We don’t promise introductions, meetings or new clients. We tell you about sale and liquidity events, how sure we are of each and who could introduce you; what happens next is up to you and the people involved.

See the events before you pay.

Tell us your firm and where your clients are, and we’ll send you a sample of last month’s events, with the filings behind each one.
